QIZ helps organizations to align cryptographic management and Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) readiness with real world risks and compliance demands. We offer the market first Crypto Agility platform. Backed by some of the world's most prominent VC’s, we enable organizations to understand their cryptographic posture, prioritize action, and move confidently toward a post-quantum future.
Our team brings over six years of hands-on PQC experience, having supported more than 100 organizations in their transition toward quantum-safe readiness. Based on that real world experience, we built QIZ to address the gap we repeatedly saw between existing cryptographic tools and what enterprises actually need to operationalize PQC at scale.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a senior, hands-on Solutions Engineer to be the technical face of QIZ to our customers and prospects worldwide, owning the technical thread from the first demo through production deployment and steady-state operation.
This role is ideal for someone who can conduct POC with a CISO, lead a Kubernetes deployment with a platform team, and act as the Tier-4 escalation engineer when something needs to be tuned, scaled or debugged in the field across SaaS, customer-managed cloud and on-prem environments.
Core ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales & Technical Discovery
- Run technical discovery on prospects: cryptographic inventory goals, PKI/CA landscape, network topology, deployment constraints
- Deliver demos and architecture deep-dives on the QIZ Posture Manager tailored to each customer's environment
- Scope and run Proofs of Value with clear exit criteria and measurable outcomes
- Respond to RFIs/RFPs and security questionnaires
Deployment & Onboarding
- Own customer onboarding end-to-end: sizing, install and setup, configuration, and demonstrating value to the customer through initial outcomes
- Deploy QIZ across deployment models: SaaS, customer-managed cloud, on-prem and air-gapped environments
- Deliver technical training and enablement to customers and partners
Post-Sale Support & Customer Success
- Serve as the day-to-day technical point of contact for live customers: answer questions, troubleshoot reported issues, and provide clear, actionable solutions
- Act as Tier-4/escalation engineer for complex customer environments: triage identity, API, Kubernetes, networking and performance issues end-to-end
- Capture findings as runbooks, KB articles and reusable scripts so the next deployment is faster than the last
Product Feedback Loop
- Be the customer's voice back into Product and Engineering
- File high-quality bug reports with reproductions, packet captures, and customer impact
- Feed a structured backlog of field-driven feature requests
Must Have:
- +5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Escalation Engineer, Professional Services Engineer, Solutions/Sales Engineer, or Tier-3/Tier-4 Technical Support Engineer)
- Hands-on Linux administration: performance troubleshooting, log analysis, network traffic inspection, and the ability to guide a customer's engineer through the same
- Experience with at least one major public cloud and its managed Kubernetes service, including cloud IAM and networking
- Experience with containers and Kubernetes, including Helm-based deployments and debugging unhealthy clusters and pods in customer-controlled environments
- Working knowledge of PKI, X.509, certificate lifecycle and TLS end-to-end
- Experience delivering technical training and enablement to customers and partners
- Excellent customer awareness and service-oriented approach, able to represent QIZ in working sessions with SREs through to steering calls with customers and prospects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Available for occasional international travel as customer engagements require
Nice to Have:
- Direct exposure to Post-Quantum Cryptography or enterprise crypto-agility programs
- Experience navigating an enterprise sales motion
- Background in cybersecurity / SaaS / enterprise tech
- Hybrid position - 3 days in the office (Raanana)
- Reporting to the Head of Solution Management
