CCOE Project Manager (Scrum Master) (24958)

Job Description

• Join the organizational CCOE team responsible for leading the cloud transformation process and shaping the organization's cloud strategy.
• Responsible for coordinating and managing Agile work processes within a large-scale Cloud project, including collaboration with technology teams, headquarters staff, and government offices.
• Manage sprints and Program Increments (PI), prioritize tasks, track delivery progress, and ensure project goals and timelines are met.
• Identify and remove blockers to ensure continuous progress of tasks and workflows.
• Responsible for achieving project objectives across professional, technological, operational, and budgetary aspects.
• Prepare work plans, manage schedules and resources to meet project objectives.
• Work closely with development companies, infrastructure teams, development teams, and business stakeholders.
• Support planning, readiness, implementation, operations, and optimization processes in cloud environments.
• Hands-on use of ALM tools and Azure DevOps for task management and monitoring.
• Prepare status reports, present ongoing project updates, and report to management.
• Support decision-making through technical understanding and analysis of requirements/specifications.

Job Requirements

• Relevant education
• More than 2 years of experience managing IT and technology projects
• Experience working with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Experience working with ALM tools such as Azure DevOps or Monday.com
• Familiarity and experience working in Cloud environments
• Proven ability to prepare summary reports and management presentations
• Strong ability to drive initiatives, coordinate work across multiple interfaces, and work independently
