We're looking for a hands-on engineering leader who wants to do something genuinely new: lead a small team of senior developers working alongside AI coding agents.
Job Description
- Lead a small team of senior developers (and AI agents).
- Set the bar on code reviews, PRs, and development standards.
- Run daily stand-ups, planning and status; own delivery.
- Mentor and grow team members.
- Orchestrating AI coding agents alongside senior engineers — review, trust, production safety.
- Partnering with the CTO on architecture and technical direction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Computer Science / Computer Engineering or graduate of leading technological units.
- 7+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Prior team lead / tech lead experience
- Strong, extensive background in full-stack development in a leading frameworks on both Back-End and Front-End.
- Proven ability to rapidly learn and apply new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Highly organized, excellent quality & timely deliveries discipline.
- Self-managed and flexible to changes.
- True team player.
