Key Responsibilities-

• Writing clean, performant, and highly secure production-grade server-side code within a scalable architecture.
• Designing decoupled microservices, scalable database interactions, and robust internal APIs to handle complex, asynchronous computing workloads.
• Incorporating cognitive AI pipelines, multi-agent frameworks, and retrieval mechanisms smoothly into mainstream software toolchains.
• Conducting deep architectural scoping and code reviews, continuously evaluating technical tradeoffs to preserve system velocity.
• Identifying and mitigating execution bottlenecks, concurrency challenges, and cloud infrastructure scale barriers.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience dedicated to building, optimizing, and maintaining backend infrastructures for modern SaaS products (Mandatory).
• Deep technical command and hands-on production engineering proficiency utilizing .NET / C# (Highly preferred).
• Strong engineering fundamentals, with a demonstrated history of practicing clean code paradigms, designing scalable distributed architectures, and managing complex technical tradeoffs.
• Practical technical familiarity or a strong development advantage in building applications with LLMs, autonomous agents, prompt optimization, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the agility to navigate ambiguous technical landscapes and independently drive high-quality software delivery.
