We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.

This role is focused on operational and technical back-office activities related to SIM card provisioning, order processing, inventory management, and internal operational workflows.

The position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, repetitive, and process-driven work in a technology environment, with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

This is not a software development role and involves limited customer-facing responsibilities.

• Process and prepare customer SIM card orders
• Activate SIM cards using internal systems and platforms
• Package and prepare shipments accurately and efficiently
• Maintain and monitor SIM card inventory
• Work closely with internal logistics and operations teams
• Ensure operational tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Update and maintain operational records and documentation
• Support internal teams with ongoing operational tasks
• Follow company procedures and quality standards
• Assist with basic technical and administrative workflows related to IoT connectivity

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage routine operational tasks
• Comfortable working with internal systems and online platforms
• Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
• Responsible, reliable, and process-oriented mindset
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in operations, logistics, administration, or technical support
• Experience in telecommunications or IoT industry
• Familiarity with helpdesk or operational systems
• Experience working with inventory or order fulfillment processes
