Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Raanana for an Engineering Specialist. The Engineering Specialist will oversee various engineering processes, from manufacturing and mechanical design to ensuring compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing engineering projects, analyzing and solving technical challenges, and contributing to the development and optimization of product designs and production methods.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering and Mechanical Engineering principles
• Excellent Project Management skills with the ability to handle timelines and resource planning
• Highly developed Analytical Skills to assess technical processes and solve problems effectively
• Strong interpersonal and Communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and precision
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field
• Experience in the medical device industry or related fields is a plus
