Financial Onboarding Specialist

About the Role:

You will be the financial domain expert at the heart of our data onboarding process. For each new client, you will map their financial and commercial systems to our platform, work closely with data engineers to ensure data is pulled and displayed correctly, and validate that our AI answers financial questions accurately. This is primarily an internal role with occasional direct client interaction.

Responsibilities:

Data mapping

• Analyze each client's accounting and commercial systems and map their chart of accounts, P&L, and balance sheet to Amiio's data model.
• Define extraction logic - how data should be pulled from source systems and how it should be presented in our platform.
• Work with unstructured sources: loan agreements and manually Excel workbooks.

Engineering collaboration

• Translate mapping decisions into clear requirements for data engineers.
• Verify that ingested data is complete, accurate, and correctly structured before go-live.
• Validate financial metrics match the source data.
• Identify gaps and work with product and engineering to fix them.

Requirements:

• CPA license or equivalent hands-on financial experience.
• Deep understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems (e.g. Exact, Priority, SAP, Netsuite, or similar)
• High proficiency in Excel with complex, manually-maintained workbooks.
• Ability to write clear, precise requirements for a technical audience.
• Fluent Hebrew and English.

Nice to Have:

• Background in real estate, asset management, or property finance.
• Familiarity with data pipelines or SQL.
• Experience in a startup or tech environment.
