Backed by a substantial Series C funding round, the company is expanding its footprint by engineering a cutting-edge, end-to-end platform tailored for next-generation AI Datacenters.
The company operates out of a modern tech hub in the central district (optimally situated near primary mass transit nodes) and offers a hybrid work model with flexibility for one day of remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Writing performance-critical, memory-safe, and highly concurrent production-grade systems software utilizing Rust.
- Designing user-space packet processing frameworks, customized drivers, and acceleration APIs to bypass traditional kernel overhead.
- Engineering low-level switch abstraction layers, hardware SDK integrations, or smart network interface control architectures.
- Profiling, benchmarking, and fine-tuning runtime systems to minimize microsecond-level latency and eliminate packet processing bottlenecks.
- Integrating distributed transport layers and high-performance network protocols into large-scale cluster fabrics.
- Technical Environment- Rust, User-Space Networking, Systems Programming, Linux Kernel Networking, SONiC, SAI, Switch Software, SmartNIC SDKs, DPDK, RDMA, and AI/ML Fabric Integration.
Requirements-
- B.Sc. degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a highly related quantitative engineering discipline from a recognized institution (Mandatory).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience deeply focused on low-level systems programming, network engineering, or high-performance infrastructures (Mandatory).
- Deep structural understanding of network protocols, packet structures, routing mechanisms, and advanced packet-processing optimization paradigms (Mandatory).
- Practical production-grade programming experience with Rust or a strong technical desire to master it within a production systems context (Preferred).
- Practical engineering experience with SONiC development, SAI implementation, switch operating systems, or switch software control planes is a highly significant professional advantage.
- Technical familiarity with Linux kernel networking, SmartNIC programming interfaces, SDK development, DPDK, or RDMA is a major advantage.
- Conceptual or practical exposure to integrating high-performance networking layers with distributed AI/ML training frameworks is a strong plus.
