Rust Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities-

• Engineering, optimizing, and maintaining production-grade, thread-safe trading infrastructure and backend applications in Rust.
• Profiling, bench-marking, and optimizing system binaries to eliminate memory allocation bottlenecks and reduce microsecond processing delays.
• Managing state allocations, concurrency primitives, and asynchronous telemetry pipelines on localized Linux operating systems.
• Building distributed cloud-native logging, analytics, and data-ingestion architectures to handle high-frequency streaming updates.
• Contributing to structural architecture reviews, code quality guidelines, and system monitoring strategies inside a tight-knit core engineering team.

Requirements-

• 7 years of professional software engineering experience specializing in low-level systems architectures or heavy production infrastructure (Mandatory).
• Comprehensive, production-grade development experience writing performant code in Rust, C++, or C (Mandatory).
• Deep technical command over low-level Linux internals, system calls, memory management, and multi-threaded concurrency models (Mandatory).
• Hands-on engineering exposure deploying and managing high-throughput applications within modern public Cloud platforms (Mandatory).
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a highly related quantitative technical discipline from a leading research university, OR a graduate of an elite IDF technological intelligence unit (e.g., 8200) (Mandatory).
