Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Retail Salesperson to join our on-site team at our Be'er Sheva location. The role involves assisting customers with their purchases, providing detailed product information, and offering excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities will include maintaining product displays, handling transactions, and contributing to overall sales goals. The Retail Salesperson will serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring a customer-friendly shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Product Knowledge to effectively convey details and benefits of a diverse range of items
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and assist shoppers
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
• Prior retail or sales experience is a plus
• Basic proficiency in relevant retail software and point-of-sale systems
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail or sales are preferred
