We are looking for a Content Operations Lead to oversee our new and experimental business lines. This is a creative and performance-driven position. This position also involves temporarily overseeing the Quizzes operation for a few months during a maternity leave.
This is a unique role that combines high-level strategy and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for launching new growth engines from scratch while stepping in to lead and scale our established activities.
What You’ll Do
- Design still and video creatives (using apps such as Canva, Veed, etc.) to run on Meta
- Write short-form text
- Analyze which visuals and texts work best, making data-driven decisions in order to optimize revenue
- Launch new initiatives from scratch, including hands-on content creation, marketing, and eventually hiring a team when relevant
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate content production, brainstorming, and testing
- Manage and mentor at least one team member in intent marketing while personally executing on new projects
- Oversee and scale high-volume quiz activity, managing 4 professional teams. This includes optimizing AI-driven content and creative workflows, managing lead generation and email marketing funnels, and ensuring operational excellence during maternity leave coverage
Who You Are
- You are a creative AND a data analyst. You know how to make compelling and eye-catching creatives while also explaining the results of an A/B test.
- You are comfortable working solo on New Activities, figuring out the workflow, and proving the concept before hiring a team.
- You are an agile learner. One day, you’re learning the nuances of the US car insurance market; the next, you’re mastering the latest AI content creation tools.
- You care about results. You are motivated by seeing your ideas turn into stable lines of business.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Digital Marketing (Content Arbitrage, Performance Marketing, Lead Gen, etc.)
- Professional experience with Meta Ads Manager is required.
- High proficiency in using AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude to optimize workflows.
- Strong ability to analyze data and make decisions based on numbers.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
- Previous management experience is a plus, but we are primarily looking for someone with the leadership qualities to grow into the role.
- Experience with Monday.com and WordPress is an advantage, but not required.
