Nanomotion is a fast-growing company, leader in development and production of precision motion solutions. Nanomotion is fully owned by Johnson Electric (JE), a public company, global leader in various motion products mostly related to electro-magnetic motors. Nanomotion is part of JE Industrial Product Group (IPG) reporting to the European HQ.
Nanomotion solutions are used in Semiconductor equipment, medical, space, defense and more. Understanding markets dynamic is essential for fulfilling the role.
Responsibilities:
Lead the Mechanical team in the development and support of Nanomotion future and current products. Deliver on projects and tasks as assigned by management. Design of precise motion systems, intended for use in a complex multidisciplinary environment. Responsible for product design from spec definition phase to transfer to production. Establish processes & procedures to ensure professional excellence and timely and high-quality deliverables. Develop the team to master the company core technology and become highly capable and agile. Use proactivity and technical expertise to identify opportunities in the marketplace and improvement opportunities in the company’s activities. Work closely with Operations and Sales Departments.
Requirements:
- B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university. 2+ years of experience as a team manager with multidiscipline knowledge and capabilities Soft skills ability to create an engaging relationship , strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, leadership qualities. Hard skills: High level of technical knowledge Fluent English
