This is a hybrid role for a Facilitator at our Tel Aviv District, Israel location, with flexibility for remote work. The Facilitator will be responsible for guiding startups through structured programs, delivering workshops and training sessions, advising on business strategies, and fostering communication between teams and stakeholders. The role includes mapping startup needs, assisting in developing business plans, supporting marketing and sales efforts, and preparing teams for investor presentations. The Facilitator will work closely with entrepreneurs to create actionable strategies that align with their business goals.

• Strong communication, public speaking, and facilitation skills to lead workshops and training sessions effectively
• Experience in business strategy, planning, and development, particularly in startup environments
• Knowledge of marketing, sales, and investor relations to assist startups in achieving their growth goals
• Analytical skills to conduct market research, assess financial viability, and develop actionable insights
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders while maintaining cultural sensitivity and inclusion
• Proficiency in project management and setting realistic goals and timelines
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Relevant academic qualifications such as a degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
• Familiarity with the Israeli startup ecosystem is a significant advantage
