לחברה תעשייתית גלובלית בתחום האריזות, דרוש/ה מנהל/ת לחנות המפעל –

תפקיד מגוון המשלב מכירות, תפעול ושירות לקוחות.

משרה מלאה.

העבודה בחברת פחמס אריזות בקיבוץ עין החורש.

מה כולל התפקיד?

ניהול ותפעול של חנות המפעל (מחסן מוצרים)
מכירה ללקוחות פרטיים, לקוחות עסקיים ולקוחות מזדמנים
טיפול בלידים נכנסים מאתר החברה
ייעוץ מקצועי והתאמת פתרונות אריזה לצרכי הלקוחות
עבודה מול גורמים פנימיים (רכש, כספים, תפעול)
טיפול בהצעות מחיר ומכרזים (כולל גופים ממשלתיים ומוסדיים)
אחריות על נראות, סדר וניהול מלאי החנות
הפקת חשבוניות ומעקב גבייה

המועמד האידיאלי יהיה:

בעל/ת אוריינטציה מכירתית גבוהה ויכולת שירות מעולה
ניסיון קודם במכירות (יתרון משמעותי למוצרים טכניים/תעשייתיים)
יכולת עבודה עצמאית לצד עבודת צוות
גישה תפעולית ולוגיסטית, סדר וארגון ברמה גבוהה
הבנה טכנית ויכולת למידה מהירה
שליטה ביישומי מחשב
אנגלית ברמה טובה

Factory Store Manager

We are looking for a Factory Store Manager to join our team.

This is a hands-on role combining sales, operations, and customer service.

Location: On site (Kibbutz Ein Hahoresh)

Full-time position

What You’ll Do

Manage and operate the factory store (active warehouse environment)
Drive sales to private, business, and walk-in customers
Handle incoming leads from the company website
Provide professional consultation and tailor packaging solutions to customer needs
Work closely with internal teams (purchasing, finance, operations)
Prepare quotes and manage tenders, including government and institutional clients
Maintain store organization, inventory, and visual readiness
Issue invoices and follow up on collections

What We’re Looking For

Strong sales orientation and customer-focused mindset
Experience in sales (technical/industrial products – a major advantage)
Operational and logistical mindset with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently while being a team player
Technical understanding and fast learner
Good computer skills
Good level of English
Forklift license – an advantage
