Senior Data Infrastructure Specialist

Comblack is hiring a Senior Data Infrastructure Specialist (DBA Infrastructure) !

The role includes managing hybrid high-scale environments, ensuring maximum availability (HA/DR), and troubleshooting deep technical issues at the engine and operating system levels. The position involves implementing creative solutions for complex systems, managing both cloud and on-prem environments, and leading extensive infrastructure automation processes across the organization.

What are we looking for?

• 7+ years of experience as an Infrastructure DBA in large-scale environments
• Expertise in SQL Server (2019/2022), including planning and implementing AlwaysOn environments and resolving performance issues
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing AlloyDB / PostgreSQL infrastructure in GCP cloud environments
• Proven experience with automation and IaC tools, including Terraform and scripting with Python or PowerShell
• Familiarity with MySQL management and performance tuning, including Replication configuration and optimization – advantage
• Significant advantage for previous experience as a Team Lead or in leading cross-organizational infrastructure projects
