About Reputation Citadel:

Reputation Citadel is an online reputation management firm. We work with private individuals to claim and control their online presence and to manage what appears about them in search results and AI tools. Our work combines search strategy, content production, and the careful construction of a consistent narrative across the platforms a client owns or can influence.

The role:

This role supports the owned-asset side of our work: the websites, profiles, and content that our clients control directly. You will help create and consolidate these assets so that they present a clear and consistent account of each client.

The work is varied and includes website and profile creation, content writing, research, and reporting. It is suited to someone early in their career who wants practical experience across digital strategy, communications, and reputation management.

Responsibilities:

- Supporting the creation and setup of client websites and online profiles across a range of third-party platforms.

- Consolidating and aligning existing profiles and biographical information so that they are consistent with an agreed narrative.

- Writing content, including biographies, profile copy, and articles, based on source material provided to you.

- Conducting research on clients, platforms, and search results to inform our strategy.

- Drafting reports that summarise findings, document work completed, and track progress for clients.

- Maintaining accurate records of the assets created and updated for each client.

Requirements:

- Strong written and spoken English. This role involves writing client-facing biographies, profile copy, and reports, so a very high standard of written English is essential.

- A degree in communications, digital marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Comfort working independently against clear briefs and processes.

- Based in Tel Aviv and able to work on a freelance, part-time basis.

Experience with content management systems, basic SEO, or social media platforms is useful but not required. Training will be provided on our tools and processes.
