Data Science Team Lead

Comblack is hiring a Data Science Team Lead!

This is an opportunity to lead a new data science team and make a real impact on the development of advanced AI solutions in the areas of risk, churn prediction, and customer retention.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist, including end-to-end work across EDA, feature engineering, model development, and production deployment

• At least 1 year of managerial experience or experience as a Tech Lead

• Experience developing ML and GenAI-based models

• Strong proficiency in SQL

• Experience working with MLOps tools such as MLflow
