Marketing Manager – Rx Division

Location: Shoham, Israel

Padagis is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the Rx (Prescription Drugs) division.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead the marketing strategy for the Rx portfolio.
Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers in building product strategies and marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
Execute marketing initiatives and activities according to the approved marketing plan.
Lead new and ongoing marketing processes and projects.
Manage cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and members of the medical community.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Economics (Marketing specialization) – required.
Degree in Life Sciences or Paramedical fields – a significant advantage.
Approximately 3 years of experience in Product Management – required.
At least 3 years of experience managing a team – required.
Proven experience in the Israeli pharmaceutical market, with familiarity with pharma trends – required.
Full proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience working with a broad range of digital marketing platforms.
Commercial experience in Market Access – an advantage.
Experience working with global interfaces – an advantage.
Strong analytical and data analysis capabilities.
