Data Engineer – Defense Company - North & Shfela Erea
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data pipelines and manage data flow between different systems, ensuring data accuracy and reliability
- Build business logic on the Splunk platform, including dashboards, visualizations, complex analytics, and alerts
- Manage and maintain the solution in a Linux environment, including installations, upgrades, configuration, and ongoing support
- Integrate with other systems and consume data using APIs and other interfaces
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer, including ETL processes, data pipelines, and integration between multiple data sources
- Experience working with Linux systems
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Shell)
- Experience building data-based applications such as dashboards, reports, analytics, or monitoring systems
- Experience with Splunk – a strong advantage
- Experience with additional data analytics tools (e.g., ELK, Grafana, Power BI) – an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field – an advantage
