NOC Operator | Petah Tikva | 24/7 Shift-Based Position

Mertens - MalamTeam is looking for a NOC Center Operator to join a leading financial organization in Petah Tikva.

This role involves operating and monitoring critical enterprise systems in a 24/7 technological environment while ensuring continuous system availability and rapid incident response.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor enterprise computing systems in a 24/7 shift-based environment
• Identify and analyze system alerts and operational incidents
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution
• Manage incidents from initial detection through final closure approval
• Distribute ongoing reports and operational updates to clients and technology teams
• Work with monitoring and control systems to investigate and resolve system-wide incidents
• Ensure high system availability and operational continuity

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a NOC or System team
• Experience working in large-scale organizations with hundreds of users or more
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Knowledge of communication protocols
• Experience working with monitoring and control systems and troubleshooting enterprise-level incidents
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 operational environment
