RPA Developer

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on RPA Developer to join our growing Operations team. In this role, you'll take full ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions that help us scale smarter and faster. You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, implement best practices, and ensure the ongoing performance and reliability of our RPA infrastructure. This is a high-impact role, perfect for someone who’s excited about combining technology, operations, and problem-solving to drive real business value.

What you will do:

• Design and build scalable RPA solutions (attended & unattended) using UiPath
• Automate workflows involving Excel, web interfaces, and API integrations
• Translate business needs into effective automation flows in collaboration with the Ops team
• Write clear documentation, test scenarios, and perform QA
• Monitor and maintain bot performance and stability
• Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve automation quality
• Provide on-call support for critical processes when needed

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath-based RPA development
• Proven experience developing both attended and unattended automation processes
• Strong skills in manipulating Excel files (read/write, formatting, etc.) within automations
• Skilled in web automation: navigating websites, interacting with elements, extracting data, and applying validations
• Ability to design and implement robust API integrations
• Strong logical thinking and ability to design scalable automation architectures
• Comfortable writing clear technical specifications and test scenarios
• Independent problem solver with strong troubleshooting capabilities
• Proactive, curious, and eager to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
