Mertens Malam Team is looking for a Technological Project Manager to join a leading financial organization in Rishon LeZion.

This role includes leading large-scale and complex cross-organizational projects focused on digital transformation, technological innovation, and advanced solutions while bridging business needs with cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex cross-functional technology projects end-to-end
• Drive digital transformation and innovation initiatives
• Work with Cloud and On-Prem environments
• Collaborate with senior management, development teams, architects, and Data Scientists
• Manage projects in Agile environments using advanced project management methodologies and tools
• Align business requirements with technological solutions
• Operate in a dynamic, multi-interface enterprise environment
• Influence strategic technological initiatives within a leading financial organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering & Management with Information Systems specialization, or advanced Information Systems courses
• At least 5 years of experience managing large-scale projects in a financial organization or technology company
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects
• Strong technological understanding and ability to work closely with development teams, architects, and Data Scientists
• Experience working in complex environments involving both Cloud and On-Prem infrastructures
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
