Network & Information Security Team Manager | Central Israel | Full-time

Mertens Malam Team is looking for a Network & Information Security Team Manager to join a leading organization in Central Israel.

This role includes leading communication and information security teams while managing critical enterprise IT infrastructures and complex technological projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Networking and Information Security teams
• Oversee operation and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructures
• Design and implement technological systems and processes
• Lead complex infrastructure and security projects end-to-end
• Work with Networking, Information Security, Cloud, and IT Infrastructure environments
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Implement and enforce organizational information security policies and procedures
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and security across enterprise systems

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience managing Networking and/or Information Security teams
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Networking and/or Information Security
• Experience working with enterprise infrastructures, networks, and security technologies
• Experience working in Cloud environments and complex multi-system environments
• Strong leadership, management, and task prioritization abilities
• Ability to work independently in dynamic and high-demand environments
