Application Support Specialist | Ramat Gan | 3 Shifts per Week

Mertens Malam Team is looking for an Application Support Specialist to join a leading financial institution in Ramat Gan.

This role includes end-to-end handling of technical issues and support requests while working with advanced technologies in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle support requests and technical incidents from identification through full resolution
• Identify, document, and analyze bugs and system issues
• Monitor web systems and applications
• Work closely with development teams and other technical interfaces
• Support business processes and ensure system continuity
• Troubleshoot complex application and internet-related issues independently

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in application support or internet support centers
• Ability to analyze logs and independently troubleshoot issues
• Fast learning ability and capability to work with complex systems
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile development and testing processes
• Excellent verbal and written Hebrew communication skills
• Availability for 3 shifts per week
