Application Support Specialist | Ramat Gan | 3 Shifts per Week

Mertens Malam Team is looking for an Application Support Specialist to join a leading financial institution in Ramat Gan.

This role includes end-to-end handling of technical issues and support requests while working with advanced technologies in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle support requests and technical incidents from identification through full resolution
Identify, document, and analyze bugs and system issues
Monitor web systems and applications
Work closely with development teams and other technical interfaces
Support business processes and ensure system continuity
Troubleshoot complex application and internet-related issues independently

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in application support or internet support centers
Ability to analyze logs and independently troubleshoot issues
Fast learning ability and capability to work with complex systems
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with Agile development and testing processes
Excellent verbal and written Hebrew communication skills
Availability for 3 shifts per week
