Cyber Security Methodology Specialist | Jerusalem | Full-time

Mertens Malam Team is looking for a Cyber Security Methodology Specialist to join a leading government organization in Jerusalem.

This role includes defining, designing, and implementing cybersecurity methodologies, policies, and governance processes across technological infrastructures and information systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, define, and implement cybersecurity concepts, methodologies, and frameworks
  • Lead cybersecurity governance, regulation, and compliance processes
  • Support and oversee technological projects from a cybersecurity perspective
  • Implement cybersecurity policies, privacy protection standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Work on Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies and processes
  • Collaborate with multiple interfaces across technology and security teams
  • Lead organizational cybersecurity and information protection initiatives
  • Ensure alignment with government and enterprise cybersecurity standards

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in cybersecurity and information security methodology leadership
  • Experience supporting and overseeing technological projects from a cybersecurity perspective
  • Experience implementing cybersecurity regulations, compliance frameworks, and privacy protection standards in information systems
  • Knowledge of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (DR) processes
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional processes in complex environments
