ERP PMO Specialist
Mertens - MalamTeam is looking for an ERP PMO Specialist to join a large organization in Lod.
This role includes leading PMO activities for complex ERP and IT projects while managing planning, control, reporting, and project governance processes in a large-scale enterprise environment.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and analyze existing processes, methodologies, and work procedures
- Build and manage project work plans for current and future project phases
- Define tasks, allocate resources, and build detailed project schedules
- Ensure alignment between project resources, budgets, and timelines
- Support project management teams throughout all implementation and maintenance phases
- Build and execute future work plans and project roadmaps
- Monitor and control project activities מול internal and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain comprehensive project Gantt plans
- Take full ownership of schedule management and project control processes
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in IT and technology projects
- At least 5 years of experience as a PMO in IT projects
- Experience serving as PMO in at least 2 projects exceeding 20 person-years in organizations with over 500 employees
- At least 2 years of experience working with MS Project
- Experience preparing control reports and management presentations
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project coordination skills
