About the role

We're looking for a Director of Product who leads from the front - someone who shapes product vision, builds and grows a team, and drives execution across one of the most exciting spaces in cybersecurity today.

You'll own the product strategy for our core domain, mentor a team of PMs, and partner closely with R&D, design, and go-to-market to deliver products that security and developers love. What you'll own

• Build, lead, and grow a team of product managers and designers- creating a culture of ownership, excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for your domain, from vision to delivery.
• Set the standard for how the product team operates — processes, rituals, and ways of working that scale.
• Engage directly with customers, translate their needs into impactful product decisions, and steer product strategy.
• Lead AI-first strategy to elevate product and delivery cadence and effectiveness.

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing and scaling product teams — a proven people leader who knows how to hire, develop, and inspire PMs.
• A leader who takes full ownership, leads with clarity, and delivers results through their team.
• 5+ years of overall product management experience, with enterprise B2B products.
• Strong software engineering or DevOps background — fluent in R&D workflows and terminology.
• Experience in cybersecurity — an advantage.
• Fluent English with outstanding communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
