abra professional services is seeking for an Systems Implementer & Analyst

We are looking for a skilled professional with experience in knowledge management systems implementation, combining technological implementation, training, and cross-organizational collaboration.

This role requires strong analytical skills, user-oriented thinking, and the ability to translate business needs into practical Microsoft 365-based solutions.

A full-time position based in Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and implement business solutions on Microsoft 365 platforms
• Write functional specification documents and define organizational processes
• Deliver user training sessions and support adoption processes
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including timelines, task tracking, and ongoing reporting
• Work closely with various departments and stakeholders across the organization
• Manage organizational content and information, including metadata, content categorization, and data quality improvements
• Ensure accessibility, consistency, and proper organization of enterprise knowledge assets
  
  

• Approximately 3 years of experience in Knowledge Management systems implementation and analysis
• Experience translating business requirements into technological solutions
• Experience writing specification and process documents
• Experience delivering training and guiding end users
• Strong project and task management capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational and information management abilities
  
  

• Significant advantage for experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online
