I’m hiring a Full Stack AI Engineer for a growing technology company building AI-driven products around complex Hebrew documents and data-heavy workflows.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can own full-stack production systems end to end, combining backend development, modern frontend architecture, and real production work with LLMs / Document AI / NLP pipelines.

What you’ll need:

3-5 years of production full-stack experience with Python and TypeScript/React

Production experience with LLMs, Document AI, or NLP pipelines

Strong prompt engineering experience, including system prompts, evals, structured outputs, JSON mode, or function calling

Python experience with FastAPI, asyncio, async-safe HTTP clients, and data processing

Strong Next.js 14+ experience with TypeScript, App Router, API routes, Server Components, and frontend ownership

Experience with REST API design, authentication, error handling, observability, Git, CI/CD, Docker, and containerized environments

Native Hebrew, including the ability to work with Hebrew financial documents

Strong advantage:

Experience with LangGraph / LangChain in production

Hebrew OCR / NLP, RTL text processing, or mixed-script handling

RAG architectures, vector DBs, embeddings, and chunking strategies

Eval frameworks such as LangSmith, Braintrust, or custom frameworks

Azure stack, Postgres, Redis, message queues, background jobs, or worker patterns

Background in fintech, real estate, or legal-tech

Nice to have:

Tailwind, shadcn/ui, WebSockets / SSE, Datadog, Sentry, OpenTelemetry, Pydantic, tRPC, or OpenAPI codegen
