We are looking for top-tier applied researchers or our AI Algorithms team to help us advance the future of agentic LLM technology. What You'll Be Doing
- Build complex agentic systems featuring multi-agent coordination, long-horizon reasoning, and sophisticated planning frameworks.
- Develop full-scale solutions, including domain-specific enterprise agents spanning various use cases.
- Develop innovative AI capabilities to improve LLM agents in terms of efficiency, stability and more.
- Create modern techniques to improve agents’ performance including multi agent search, post training and sophisticated evaluation pipeline.
- BSc/MSc/PhD in CS/CE or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in applied ML/AI or large-scale systems
- Proficient in Python; skilled in agentic frameworks, tool use, RAG pipelines, and model adaptation.
- Proficiency in LLM architecture building blocks.
- Excellence in communication and facilitation: aligning diverse collaborators, documenting decisions/assumptions, and influencing without authority.
- Proactive, independent, possessing strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; adept at handling uncertainty to provide practical, gradual benefits.
- Strong software development experience
- Experience with deploying agentic system at scale
- Proven research capabilities including publications, patents, blogs etc.
- Background in improving LLM efficiency and/or cost during inference.
