We are looking for a Head of Product / Director of Product to join us and lead strategic product initiatives at scale.

What you'll do:

• Lead the Product Management domain and implement Product methodologies across the organization

• Own the strategic direction of core products and large-scale project portfolios

• Build and manage product roadmaps aligned with business and technological goals

• Define KPIs and success metrics for products and teams

• Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers

• Work closely with executive leadership, R&D, UX/UI, and business stakeholders

• Lead end-to-end Product Lifecycle processes

• Identify risks, drive cross-functional processes, and lead complex solution delivery in a multi-interface environment

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 6 years managing complex products

• Significant experience in global tech / high-tech companies

• Proven experience leading large-scale SaaS products with extensive user bases

• Experience managing Product Managers and leading teams

• Strong background in Product Strategy and roadmap ownership within complex organizations

• Experience working closely with development and design teams

• Strong analytical capabilities and business-system thinking

• Experience defining KPIs and product success metrics

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with financial, governmental, or procurement-related domains

• Experience leading mentorship programs and developing Product Managers

• Experience implementing Product culture within large organizations

Education:

• Relevant academic degree in Engineering / Computer Science

or

• Significant Product Management training with relevant hands-on experience

or

• Strong technological background from military or professional frameworks
