Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to play a key role in our finance department. Working directly under the Payroll Controller, you will be instrumental in ensuring our payroll operations run smoothly and accurately within a fast-paced environment.

Responsbilities

• Manage attendance systems (Maccano + Hibob), implementing procedures and staying ahead of legislative changes.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to terminations and 161 forms.
• Process 101 forms via Hilan and manage complex payroll deductions, reimbursements, and pension communications.
• Partner with the Payroll Controller to execute monthly payroll cycles with total precision.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in administration, operations, or a similar capacity. Experience within the high-tech or global sector is a significant plus.
• A strong systems orientation with the ability to master new software quickly.
• High-level English (written and spoken) is a distinct advantage for our global interactions.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of the details.
