Business Applications Manager

Business Applications Manager to lead the organization’s application ecosystem and drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead all enterprise applications (SAP, operational systems, digital platforms, portals)
• Define and execute the applications roadmap aligned with business strategy
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage external vendors
• Drive large-scale technology projects and system integrations
• Ensure performance, SLA, security, and IT governance compliance
• Partner with business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions
• Lead AI initiatives and innovation across the organization

Environment & Technologies:

• ERP (SAP), CRM (Salesforce), and enterprise systems (e.g., Monday, payroll & payment systems)
• Digital platforms and portals (customer, supplier, knowledge management, learning systems)
• Productivity tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint)
• Energy domain systems (forecasting, optimization, metering – advantage)

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing applications / IT systems
• Strong SAP experience (S/4HANA – advantage)
• Proven experience leading complex projects and teams
• Strong business and stakeholder management skills
