Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting suitable rental vehicles, explaining rental options, and providing personalized solutions. Daily duties include managing reservations, answering customer inquiries, reaching sales targets, and maintaining detailed records of transactions. The role also involves upselling additional products, ensuring a positive customer experience, and collaborating with the team to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Customer service and interpersonal communication skills to engage with clients and meet their needs.
• Strong sales and persuasive skills, with experience reaching or exceeding sales goals.
• Proficiency in general communication skills, both verbal and written, in Hebrew and English.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping skills to ensure accurate documentation and efficient operations.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and adapt to challenging situations.
• Previous experience in the automotive or rental industry is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and software for processing bookings and transactions.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience in sales, marketing, or related fields is preferred.
