Operations Representative

We’re Hiring: Operations Representative (Temporary Role with Potential)

A leading high-tech company in Herzliya is looking for an Operations Representative to join on a temporary basis (maternity leave replacement), offering a dynamic work environment and potential future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open, manage, and update orders in the system

• Handle terminals and billing instructions

• Issue invoices and manage ongoing administrative tasks

• Provide support to the sales team and field sales representatives

• Process incoming orders and perform data entry

• Prepare presentations (with an emphasis on design)

• Work as part of the operations team, reporting to the VP of Tenders

This role involves working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with numerous internal interfaces.

Position Details:

• Full-time position, based in Herzliya (near the train station)

• Immediate start

• Temporary role (maternity leave coverage) with potential for extension

Requirements:

• Previous experience in operations – mandatory

• Strong proficiency in Excel

• Experience with billing processes and invoice issuance

• Experience working with SAP

• Experience in contract writing and presentation preparation

• Strong service orientation and ability to work with clients

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player mindset
