High-Tech Associate

Firon Law Firm is seeking a talented and motivated associate to join its High-Tech practice.

Firon Law Firm has a strong and well-respected high-tech and startup practice. The firm specializes in supporting technology companies across a wide range of industries and sectors, from early-stage startups to large multinational corporations.

The firm provides clients with comprehensive legal support throughout the entire company lifecycle — from incorporation and financing rounds at the seed stage, through day-to-day commercial operations, drafting and negotiating complex technology licensing, employment, and other commercial agreements, and all the way to exit transactions.

Firon’s attorneys have extensive experience supporting the complex and evolving business activities of their clients, including international operations.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience as an associate in commercial practice within the high-tech, gaming, and/or M&A sectors — mandatory
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating agreements — mandatory
• Experience working with international clients — mandatory
• Experience with software licensing agreements — an advantage
• Experience at a leading law firm — an advantage
