The developing and dynamic energy department at one of the leading law firms in Israel is looking for an experienced attorney with leadership skills, strategic thinking, and significant experience in the energy field.

Responsibilities:

Leading the energy field in the department, which includes complex energy projects, from the initiation stage to the construction and operation stage

Ongoing legal support for clients in the energy field.

Working with regulators and government bodies, including analyzing and implementing relevant regulations

Drafting, editing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements, with an emphasis on option agreements and land use agreements for the construction of energy facilities

Providing legal advice on large-scale projects, including planning and regulatory aspects

Location: Tel Aviv

Qualified attorney with 4+ years of experience in the energy sector

In-depth knowledge of electricity regulation and familiarity with regulatory requirements

Experience in drafting and leading negotiations of real estate agreements in the energy sector

Experience in project financing – an advantage

Ability to work independently as well as in a team, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple interfaces
