Data Center Operations Program Manager

As a Logistics & Procurement Manager on the Production Team in our Tel Aviv Office, you’ll play a vital role in track invoices and hosting costs, follow up with vendors, coordinate hardware logistics between sites, and maintain inventory across our global footprint. You'll work within established processes and help improve them over time.This role suits someone who enjoys order, follow-through, and turning operational data into clear pictures.

To Thrive In This Role, You'll Need

• 3+ years in operations, logistics, procurement, or a similar coordination role
• Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling many open threads
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and eager to learn new tools; bonus if you enjoy automating repetitive work or building visualizations (scripting, vibe coding, low-code all welcome)
• Familiarity with Jira or similar tracking tools
• Exposure to data center hardware or international shipping is a plus
  
  

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Vendor & invoices: Track and validate vendor and colocation invoices, follow up on quotes and deliveries, keep contract records organized
• Procurement coordination: Collect quotes, process purchase orders, coordinate with finance and legal on inter-entity hardware transfers
• Inventory & assets: Maintain inventory records across sites, coordinate cycle counts, track RMAs
• Logistics: Coordinate hardware shipments between data centers, work with shipping partners on customs and IOR
• Reporting: Pull cost, inventory, and project data into clear dashboards and presentations
