We are looking for a talented Financial Systems Analyst to join a large-scale strategic banking project focused on a PEGA-based CRM platform. This role offers the opportunity to work in a complex, enterprise-level environment with multiple interfaces and business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and define business requirements with clients and stakeholders
• Analyze and design complex business processes and systems
• Write functional specification documents
• Collaborate closely with design, development, QA, and additional cross-functional teams
• Support development and implementation processes end-to-end

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst
• Experience analyzing banking systems or complex CRM systems with multiple integrations and business processes
• Proven experience in business requirements analysis and writing functional specifications
• Experience working on cross-system integration projects - an advantage
