We’re Hiring: Senior Software Development Engineer | Backend Platform
A leading AI-driven SaaS company is looking for a Senior Backend Platform Engineer to join a highly collaborative engineering organization building scalable enterprise-grade solutions used by global customers.
This is an opportunity to work on impactful platform infrastructure, developer experience, and large-scale backend systems in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Build and maintain scalable backend systems and platform services
• Improve developer experience through internal tools, APIs, libraries, and workflows
• Design and develop microservices and distributed systems
• Create reusable infrastructure and repository templates for engineering teams
• Work on multi-tenant SaaS architecture and scalable configuration management
• Collaborate closely with Product, DevOps, Data, and Engineering teams
• Monitor, optimize, and improve system performance and scalability
🔹 Tech Stack:
Python, FastAPI, Celery, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Microservices, Distributed Systems, SaaS Infrastructure
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of backend development experience
• Strong experience with scalable SaaS environments
• Hands-on experience with Python and backend architecture
• Deep understanding of microservices and distributed systems
• Experience working in cloud-native and Kubernetes environments
• Passion for clean code, platform thinking, and developer experience
