Head of CRM field

A leading large-scale integration company in Central Israel is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of CRM field to lead a significant business and technological domain within our leading organizationת

As the CRM Business Unit Manager, you will be at the helm of a critical division, driving growth, managing complex delivery, and leading a talented team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Financial & Strategic Leadership: Full P&L management, budget oversight, and the development and execution of comprehensive strategic work plans.

- Business Development: Driving sales initiatives, fostering strong client relationships, and expanding our network of business partners.

- End-to-End Delivery: Managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring strict adherence to methodologies and high-quality work processes.

- Stakeholder Management: Working closely with internal organizational interfaces, key clients, and external vendors.

- Team Leadership: Managing, mentoring, and developing a professional team, including overseeing recruitment, retention, and continuous professional growth

What We Are Looking For:

- Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience in managing a CRM business unit, including direct P&L responsibility.

- Technical Project Leadership: Extensive experience in Head of Operations (HO) roles, managing large-scale and complex technological projects from the vendor side.

- People Management: Demonstrated success in managing development teams, implementation specialists, and project managers.

- Client-Facing Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain high-level client relationships.

- Business Acumen: Strong ability to lead business processes and drive responses to complex tenders/RFPs.
