Manufacturing Project Manager | Defense Industry
A leading defense company is looking for a Manufacturing Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering and production projects from development through serial production.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional manufacturing and engineering projects
- Manage transfer-to-production (NPI) processes
- Coordinate activities between Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, QA and Procurement
- Build and manage project plans, schedules and deliverables
- Support production processes, issue resolution and operational improvements
- Work with suppliers and subcontractors in a complex manufacturing environment
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Mechanical / Industrial / Electrical / Electronics Engineering
- 3+ years of project management experience in manufacturing / production environments
- Experience working in multidisciplinary organizations
- Strong leadership, coordination and communication skills
- High level of English
