Strategic Partnerships Analyst

ODDITY is looking for a highly curious and motivated Scientific Innovation Analyst to join our Strategic Partnerships team.

In this role, you’ll help identify breakthrough technologies, emerging scientific trends, and innovative startups that could shape the future of beauty, wellness, and biotech at ODDITY and ODDITY LABS.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about science and innovation, enjoys learning quickly, and wants exposure to strategy, startups, and cutting-edge technologies in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Research emerging technologies, scientific advancements, ingredients, products, and startups across the beauty, wellness, and biotech industries
• Analyze scientific publications, clinical studies, company materials, and market trends to help identify promising opportunities
• Create concise summaries, presentations, and research materials for internal discussions and decision-making
• Help manage and organize partnership and innovation pipelines using internal tracking tools
• Support outreach and communication with startups, scientists, and external partners
• Assist with preparation for business meetings, conferences, and industry events
• Proactively scout for new ideas, technologies, and trends that could support ODDITY’s future growth

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field
• Passionate about innovation, science, startups, and consumer products
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize information clearly
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Curious, proactive, and excited to learn independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Nice to Have:

• Internship or early experience in consulting, venture capital, innovation, research, startups, or business development
• Familiarity with AI, consumer health, beauty-tech, or wellness trends
