We are looking for a Content & Creative Manager to lead the brand, voice, and visual presence of Viewz across all customer-facing channels.

The Role

The Content & Creative Manager will own the end-to-end creative output of the company. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic brand thinking with day-to-day execution across writing, design, and content production. You will report directly to the CMO and work closely with the founding team.

Key Responsibilities

Own and evolve the Viewz brand voice across the website, marketing campaigns, sales enablement materials, investor communications, and product launches.

Lead the visual creative output of the company, including social assets, ad creative, presentations, event collateral, and product marketing materials.

Manage the company's LinkedIn presence and support executive thought leadership through ghostwriting and content strategy.

Produce high-quality long-form and short-form content, including blog posts, case studies, landing pages, video scripts, and product announcements.

Build and operate an AI-enabled creative workflow that allows a small team to deliver at scale, with consistency and quality.

Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to translate complex financial workflows into clear, compelling narratives.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in content, brand, or creative roles, ideally within B2B SaaS or fintech.

Native-level English. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills are non-negotiable.

Strong visual design capabilities, with proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools.

Demonstrated fluency with modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs) and the ability to integrate them into production workflows.

A portfolio that demonstrates both written and visual range.

Ownership mindset. The successful candidate will operate independently, identify opportunities without prompting, and consistently deliver work above expectations.

Ambition to help build a category-defining brand from the ground up.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience marketing complex products to finance, accounting, or operations audiences.

Video production or motion design experience.

A track record of independent creative work — a personal brand, newsletter, podcast, or side project that demonstrates initiative and execution.
