The Role

We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven Paid Social User Acquisition Manager to join our elite Growth team. In this role, you won’t just manage accounts; you will own our primary growth engines and have a clear mandate to build, test, and scale channels from scratch across a multi-brand portfolio.

This is a builder’s and scaler’s role. You will be in the accounts every day, but you will also think like an architect - systematizing what works, turning chaos into playbooks, and taking channels from zero to ROAS-positive.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Ownership: Lead end-to-end campaign management across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social/display channels, with absolute accountability for scale and ROI.
• Channel Expansion: Launch new acquisition channels from scratch - establishing performance baselines, achieving ROAS-positive results, and building the playbook to scale spend profitably.
• Portfolio Scaling: Manage and allocate significant budgets across multiple product lines and brands, adapting strategy, creatives, and targeting to each unique audience while maintaining CAC efficiency.
• Full-Funnel Optimization: Plan and optimize B2C SaaS campaigns focused on user acquisition, trial starts, and paid subscription conversions.
• Creative Leadership: Partner closely with our creative team to lead a high-velocity testing strategy. Brief, test, and iterate on ad concepts across formats (UGC, short-form video, hooks, and messaging frameworks).
• Data-Driven Experimentation: Run structured A/B and multivariate tests across audiences, creatives, landing pages, and funnel stages. Analyze performance data to surface actionable insights.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience running paid user acquisition campaigns for B2C SaaS
• The "Scaler" DNA: Demonstrated experience taking paid acquisition channels from early testing to high-spend scale, while maintaining or improving ROAS.
• Multi-Brand/Product Experience: Proven ability to manage campaigns across different product lines or brands simultaneously, adapting creative and strategy on the fly.
• Platform Expertise: Deep, hands-on mastery of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads (including a strong grasp of short-form video strategy and creative requirements).
• Obsession with Metrics: Fluent in CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, and CVR. You make decisions based on hard data, not gut feelings.
• Budget Experience: Experience managing significant monthly budgets ($400K+ is a strong advantage).

Nice to Have

• Experience launching and scaling alpha/beta channels like YouTube, Taboola, or emerging platforms.
• Experience building replication frameworks or UA playbooks that can be easily applied to new products.
• Familiarity with e-commerce, marketplace, or creator-economy audiences.
