💡 About the Role

This

is a customer-facing role focused on onboarding, training, and customer success/

This is not a technical development /or system administrator position.

We’re

looking for motivated, service-oriented individuals with up to 3 years of experience,

(it's an entry position for the Customer Success field) including recent

graduates in:

Computer Science

•

Information Systems / Knowledge Management

• Economics and management

•

Industrial Engineering & Management

• Business Administration

🎯 What You’ll Do

•

Lead onboarding and training sessions for new customers

•

Support and guide existing users in their day-to-day work with the platform

•

Help customers maximize value and efficiency from our system

•

Identify customer needs and recommend relevant features and modules

•

Build strong long-term customer relationships.

✅ What We’re Looking For

•

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•

High service orientation, patience, and empathy

•

Fast learner with the ability to understand business processes and systems

•

Proactive mindset and strong teamwork skills

•

Fluent Hebrew — spoken and written

⭐ Nice to Have

•

Experience in customer support, training, onboarding, or customer success

•

Familiarity with business applications or basic SQL knowledge
