We’re looking for a Project Team Lead to join our fast-growing fintech company and take ownership of delivery excellence across R&D. In this role, you will lead the Delivery function, manage and mentor Project Managers, and drive consistent, high-quality execution of complex, cross-team initiatives
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery across R&D, from planning and prioritization to successful production releases.
- Lead and manage Delivery Managers, including mentoring, performance management, and professional growth.
- Drive delivery methodologies, standards, and governance across multiple teams.
- Partner with CTO, Product, and Engineering leaders to align execution with business priorities.
- Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and delivery tradeoffs across large-scale initiatives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in delivery, project, or program management within technology organizations.
- Proven people management experience, including direct management of Delivery Managers or Project Managers.
- Demonstrated experience leading large, complex, multi-team development programs.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and system architecture.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level interaction.
