Senior Data Analyst @ Antidote Health 

Antidote Health is a startup on a mission to create a smart, digital, and affordable HMO in the US. We are developing comprehensive health solutions, encompassing both medical services and health insurance, with a focus on reducing healthcare costs through proactive member health management. 

Our product is designed to make it easy for members to manage their health. They can schedule video calls with our doctors, receive prescriptions and referrals for labs or specialists directly from the app, track test results, and much more. We have also built a decision support system for our physicians, leveraging data to provide insights to both patients and doctors in order to promote preventive care. 

Job Description 

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with strong experience in Python, SQL, and working within cloud environments - preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate goes beyond standard reporting; they are a builder who is passionate about robust data modeling, infrastructure, and integrating modern AI workflows into analytical processes. 

Responsibilities include driving core product and business analytics - defining KPIs, leading A/B testing, conducting behavioral segmentation, and building scalable dashboards to support decision-making. You will play a hands-on role in data extraction and transformation, ensuring high data quality and a solid underlying architecture. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will derive actionable insights from complex datasets while leveraging hands-on AI implementations to enhance our data capabilities. 

Key Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). 
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong foundation in core analytics (A/B testing, user segmentation, behavioral insights, and defining KPIs). 
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, along with version control experience (Git). 
• Data Architecture & Quality: Proven experience in data modeling and building data infrastructure (focusing on building the foundation, not just the final analysis). 
• Cloud Experience: Experience working with cloud platforms (GCP strongly preferred). 
• AI Implementation: Hands-on experience working with AI agents, implementing AI workflows, or context engineering (demonstrable experience beyond standard ChatGPT/Gemini prompt usage). 
• Data Visualization: Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) to build impactful dashboards. 

Preferred: 

• Experience with advanced Data Science methodologies (e.g., machine learning, predictive models, anomaly detection, regression, classification). 
• Prior experience working with medical, healthcare, or insurance data.
