Receptionist/Cleaner

American Tax Services is seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Office Assistant / Receptionist to join our team in Netanya. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, greet guests in a polite and professional manner, assist with phones, and help keep the office organized and presentable.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Greet visitors and act as the first point of contact at the office
• Order coffee, office supplies, and other items as needed
• Perform light daily cleaning and assist with a deeper office cleaning once per week
• Help maintain an organized and welcoming office environment

Requirements

• Fluent English and Russian required
• Some Hebrew preferred
• Entry-level position – training provided
• Ideal for recent graduates or candidates at the beginning of their careers
• Preference given to candidates living within 5 km of Netanya
• This position is fully in-office and cannot be performed remotely

Hours and Compensation

• Minimum wage
• Monday–Thursday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• Sunday: Weekend / office closed
