We are a leading, fast-growing international company based in Bnei Brak, operating a dynamic and extensive global business in the events and experiential industry.
Our finance department has successfully scaled over recent years, and we are now seeking a highly professional, numbers-driven Senior/Assistant Controller to take ownership of our financial control and reporting processes. In this role, you will work closely with and serve as the right hand to our VP of Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Control: Oversee internal financial controls, ongoing monitoring processes, and bookkeeping supervision (both internal and external teams).
- Revenue Cycle Management: Manage and track the complete revenue cycle, including invoicing, collections, and receipt tracking.
- System Reconciliations: Conduct thorough cross-system reconciliations between billing, accounting, and collections systems, including credit card reconciliations and vendor management.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare financial statements, tax reports, and monthly financial packages for global management, ensuring alignment with international standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key focal point and work closely with internal interfaces, including producers, logistics, and executive management.
Job Requirements
- Certification: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) – Mandatory.
- Background: Big 4 / Big 5 alumni – Significant advantage.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience as an Assistant Controller or in a similar corporate finance role – Advantage.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (experience with SAP is a major plus).
- Languages: High proficiency in English (both written and spoken) for international reporting and communication.

Location & Job Terms
- Location: Bnei Brak (accessible area).
- Job Type: Full-time (standard start around 09:00).
- Flexibility: Hybrid model option (1 day working from home) available after the onboarding/initial period.
- Availability: Readiness for extra hours during month-end closings.
